Taekwondo

is used in self-defense situations utilizing it's speed and power against the vulnerable parts of an attacker's body, the results can be incredible. Taekwondo allows a woman to emphasize many of her natural physical strengths, such as power in the legs, while learning a method of self-defense efficient against a much larger opponent. Knowing you can defend yourself, your confidence will grow. And confidence alone is usually enough to deter potential attackers.

Krav Maga

is built on simple principles, instinctive movements, and practical techniques, Krav Maga started as the official self-defense system of the Israel Defense Forces and continues to be a popular training method for law enforcement.

PPCT: (Pressure Point Control Tactics)

Developed through tactical, legal and medical research that allows maximum control with minimal injury in close contact situations. These are techniques often utilized by law enforcement.
